What to check before building
- Collect five to ten real examples, including awkward cases and failures. Name the system of record for each input.
- Define what a correct output looks like and who signs it off. Keep an exception path when the agent is uncertain.
- List the systems and permissions needed. Start with the smallest data access that can prove the workflow.
- Time the work again after a pilot. The current-time estimate above is a baseline, not promised savings.
