The service
Suede SEO is the AI reputation and visibility practice of Suede Labs AI. Engagements take four shapes: a visibility snapshot (dated, screenshot-backed captures of what Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini answer about you), a full audit (a page-by-page read of metadata, structure, schema, entity records and cross-page claim contradictions), a fix sprint (the repairs shipped by us and listed one by one), and re-scans (the same measurement on a schedule, producing a dated trend).
It is a services practice performed by people. It is not a self-serve dashboard, a subscription to software, or a media-placement service.
What we never promise
No outcome is guaranteed, ever. Answers from large language models are non-deterministic: they change between runs and over time, and the engines are owned and altered by third parties without notice to us. We do not promise that any engine will cite, recommend, rank, or say anything in particular about you, at any point.
Any vendor in this category who does promise that is describing something they cannot control. We would rather lose the sale than make the claim.
Point in time
Every report is a capture of what specified engines returned for specified prompts on a stated date, from a stated locale. It is evidence of that moment. Re-running the same prompt an hour later can return something different, and that is a property of the engines, not a defect in the report.
What we do not do
- We do not suppress, remove, de-index, or bury third-party content about you.
- We do not place, buy, or plant coverage, reviews, or citations, and we do not seed fabricated third-party discussion.
- We do not provide legal advice. Nothing here or in a report is a legal opinion.
- We do not publish a claim about your business that we cannot evidence.
Fees
Pricing is not published. Fees are quoted by reply when you enquire and confirmed in writing before any work starts. Invoices are issued through Stripe; we never take card details by email or over the phone.
Refunds
- Before delivery — full refund, any time, no reason needed.
- Within 7 days of delivery — full refund if the deliverable does not match the spec confirmed in your quote.
- No-gap refund — if a snapshot returns no actionable gap, you get a full refund and keep the report. An actionable gap means at least one of your prompts returned an answer naming a competitor and not you, or your site is missing one of the inputs we ship.
Your material
You keep ownership of your site, content, and brand. The repairs we ship for you are yours. Your scans, reports and patches are kept private and are never published without your written permission — see Privacy.
To do the work we may need read access to your site, and for a fix sprint, write access to a repository or CMS. You are responsible for granting only what you intend to grant and for revoking it when the engagement ends.
Third-party engines
Google, OpenAI, Perplexity, Anthropic and others own and operate the systems we measure. We have no relationship with them, no privileged access, and no ability to compel a result. Their terms govern their products, and their behaviour can change at any time.
