Managed AI agents · Suede Labs AI

Managed AI agents you can watch working, live

Suede Labs AI builds the agents, runs them, and keeps them tuned. What a client does is watch: the flow opens in Suede Agent Studio and the run happens on screen, task by task. Clients watch it run in real time without having to adjust or touch anything; their job is watching, Suede runs the rest.

The lanes we run

Five agents for the work a growing company keeps doing by hand

An agent here is a named worker with a job description, a set of guardrails and one number it answers to. It is built for your operation rather than configured from a template, and it is handed over running rather than handed over as software to learn.

Call review

Recorded calls are transcribed, scored against the criteria your floor is coached on, and rolled into a summary a manager can read in a sitting. The value shows up across a week: which rebuttal keeps failing, which opener keeps working, which rep needs an hour with a coach rather than a warning. Jason listens to sales calls himself; the agents extend that ear across the week, they do not replace it.

Lead qualification

Inbound enquiries are read, sorted and routed against your own definition of a fit, with the reasoning attached. A rep can see why a lead landed in their queue, and a manager can argue with the definition instead of guessing at it.

Sales script and rebuttal consistency

One script, one set of rebuttals, checked against what the team actually said. Drift arrives as a dated report a sales manager can coach from, rather than a hunch about the floor. The standard is set by somebody with form here: Jason wrote sales scripts that changed the call center industry, and they are still in use across it today.

PR rebuilds

A press record put back in order and kept there: newsroom, founder story, pitch material, target list, and the outreach behind coverage. Run as a standing lane, it feeds the same public record the visibility practice works on.

Digital operations

The recurring digital chores: reporting, listings, records, and the handoffs between tools that quietly consume a Friday. Automated where automation holds up, left with a person where it does not.

The human layer

And a platform of human marketers who engage with the work

Not every lane here is an agent. Suede Labs AI also runs a platform of human marketers who engage with a client's content: reading it, replying to it, and carrying it into the feeds and communities their own audiences already sit in. They are people with accounts and opinions rather than a scheduler firing on a timer, so what a piece gets back is a real response from someone who read it.

It briefs the way the agents do: what the content is for, who it should reach, and one number it answers to. Say so when you write in and it is scoped alongside whichever lanes you are already running.

The client-side experience

Your job is watching

  1. The flow is openEach agent is a graph of nodes in Suede Agent Studio. A client opens it and sees the path a task takes, node by node, rather than a log after the fact.
  2. The runs are liveWork executes on screen as it happens. Clients watch it run in real time without having to adjust or touch anything; their job is watching, Suede runs the rest.
  3. The tuning is oursPrompts, thresholds, routing rules and exceptions are maintained on our side between runs. Requests come to us in a sentence, rather than a ticket in a tool you have to learn.
  4. The number is sharedOne KPI per lane, agreed before the build, reported the same way each week next to the run history it came from.

A client who wants hands on the graph can have them. The point of the arrangement is that hands are optional.

Guardrails and limits

Written before anything runs

Each lane arrives with its boundaries in writing: what the agent may touch, what it may send on its own, what it hands to a person, and what it stops on. Escalations, judgement calls and anything that changes a relationship stay with your team.

The measurement is set at the same time. One number per lane, agreed up front, tracked the same way each week, sitting beside the run history that produced it. A lane that stops earning its number gets switched off rather than defended.

The wider frame is on the AI operations page. Where an operation needs sorting out before an agent is worth building, the named offer for that is a forward deployed engineer.

Questions buyers ask

Questions about managed AI agents

Do we have to learn the software?

No. Access to the flows comes with the engagement and the runs are open to watch, but the building and the tuning sit with Suede. Clients watch it run in real time without having to adjust or touch anything; their job is watching, Suede runs the rest.

What happens when an agent gets something wrong?

It shows up in the run history, which is the reason the runs are visible. The guardrails decide what an agent may do unsupervised, so a bad call lands as a flagged task rather than a sent email. Fixes are ours to make.

Where do the agents run?

In Suede Agent Studio, the Suede Labs AI agent builder, where a flow is assembled as nodes and can be watched executing. It is the same builder the Suede estate runs on.

Can we start with one lane?

Yes, and most engagements do. One lane, mapped, guarded and measured, is a better test of fit than a plan covering the whole operation. Lanes are added once the first one holds.
