Choose a scope with the work in front of you
A useful first conversation starts with a workflow, a source page or an answer your team needs to check. The resource hub gives you an example to inspect and a proposal template to adapt before that conversation.
The starting point
The baseline already published a qualifications sheet, three demonstrations and contact paths. The activation work adds a connected set of practical articles, reusable proposal scopes and a speaker kit. The comparison counts that defined resource set using the same rules on both versions.

What the implementation changed
Connect proof to the next decision
Link the qualifications page to the practice hub, then organize articles, three proposal scopes and the expert kit around the work a buyer can commission.
Make the work reusable
Publish proposal templates with deliverables and acceptance criteria, and a source-backed speaker kit that an organizer can adapt.
Measure resource intent precisely
Record selected public-resource clicks with fixed identifiers. Keep scope clicks, successful lead signals and outbound booking clicks separate.
Keep the result reproducible
Compare linked files against a pinned baseline, retain the source hashes and optionally match the deployed responses with the checked-out content.
Measured publication result
Repository comparison dated 2026-10-21. The baseline is commit 34a420cbd78d; the after column describes the activation source files and their linked resources.
| Resource or measurement capability | Before | After |

Counts describe the named published resources and click hooks on Suede AI's own site. The baseline retains its existing qualifications and demonstrations. Source availability, deployed delivery, recorded website actions and business outcomes have separate evidence records.
The measured result is a repeatable publication and resource-measurement process. Search visibility, leads, completed bookings and revenue require their own dated records.
Repeat the comparison
The source audit counts files that exist, checks their links and reports the named identifiers with valid click hooks. It retains the baseline commit, current revision, source paths and input hashes. Add --live after deployment to compare the public responses with the local source.
node scripts/measure-achievement-activation.mjs --baseline 34a420c --out /private/tmp/achievement-source-report.jsonSource and deployment are recorded separately. The public result above is a repository measurement; the command's optional live observations establish which bytes the public host served at the time of the check.
Use the same process for your first engagement
Bring one recurring workflow, one priority website or a set of answers your team needs to evaluate. Choose the deliverable, name the acceptance checks and retain the evidence needed to review the result.
