A defined scope, an accountable owner and a useful handover.

Choose questions that change a buying decision

We start with inquiries, sales conversations, support material and questions your team repeatedly answers. The selection brief records why each question matters and which page should own the answer. A setup question belongs near the relevant service; a company-wide policy may belong in a central reference that service pages can link to.

Priority goes to useful uncertainty: what the customer receives, what they need to provide, how a stage works or how two services differ. We avoid manufacturing a long list of near-identical keyword questions. The goal is to resolve the reader’s decision with an answer that fits the actual offer.

Write direct answers with enough supporting detail

Each answer begins with the information the reader asked for. Supporting sentences explain the relevant conditions or next action. When the answer depends on a business rule, owner or source record, we confirm that basis before writing it into public copy. An unresolved fact becomes an approval item for the responsible person.

Answer length follows the question. A simple preparation requirement may need only a short paragraph, while a technical distinction may need an example and a link to a fuller guide. We use the vocabulary customers understand and preserve precise terms where they matter, including service names, deliverables and implementation stages.

Put answers where customers need them

We place the answer beside the relevant buying context or in a focused FAQ section on the owning page. Shared questions can link to a maintained source instead of producing several versions that drift apart. Page-specific questions remain specific to the work described on that page.

The implementation review checks visible text, reading order and any structured answer representation for consistency. The maintenance notes identify what would make the answer stale, such as a changed delivery process or updated service scope. Your team receives both the published wording and a practical route for keeping it accurate.

How the work is delivered

  1. Select and assign questions Use real customer material and approved service information to give each question a clear page owner.
  2. Draft and verify answers Write the direct response, check its factual basis and add the detail needed for the decision.
  3. Publish and maintain Place the answer in context, verify any structured representation and record its update owner.

Example: prospects ask what to bring to an audit

Illustrative example

A hypothetical audit service receives repeated questions about preparation. We write an answer naming the URLs, priority services and existing reports the team needs. The answer sits beside the engagement process, making the first step easier to understand before a prospect starts an inquiry.

Questions about FAQ and Answer Content

Will FAQ markup create a Google rich result?

Google stopped showing FAQ rich results in May 2026. We create useful visible answers for customers and keep any structured representation consistent with them. The value is in resolving the question on the page.

Should every service have the same FAQs?

Each service should answer the questions relevant to its own scope and purchase decision. Shared policies can have one maintained source. We use page-specific answers where the service requires a distinct explanation.
